AMRE - AMRE srl was founded in 1954 as a workshop for electromechanical windings and electrical repairs equipment. Immediately, began its own production of complete engines following the market in its evolutions, such as AC motors, single-phase motors for milking machines , geared motors, generators, wiper blades, and whatever else the market asked.

AC SELF-VENTILATED SQUARE MOTORS

Our AC self-ventilated square motors are available in two different sizes (197×197 or 262×262) with power range from 4 up to 10 kW for the smaller version and from 10 up to 22 Kw for the bigger version.

Available in different lengths, the square motor is particularly suitable for applications requiring power, compactness and reliability at the same time.

These motors are projected with high-performance magnetic lamination, carefully shaped to allow effective ventilation on the windings, extending the motor’s service significantly.

PROTECTED AC MOTORS

The Protected AC Motors are designed to be applied in applications and environments where the protection degree is a priority for customer’s satisfaction.

The range of protected motors is divided in two main categories: AC-IEC engines made out of finned industrial frames and AC-X motors, protected by special aluminum finned extrudes.
Particularly, the AC-X range offers the possibility to apply motors with protection degree up to IP66, ensuring compactness and high thermal performances.

HIGH PERFORMANCES AC MOTORS

High performance AC motors are mainly used on heavy vehicles or on heavy duty applications.

We can supply AC motors with high peak torque (up to 800 Nm) and with nominal power range from 24 to 60 kW.

The motors are equipped with external incremental encoders 64 imp/rev and protected by robust customized steel or aluminum frames.
Thanks to tailor-made windings and specific mechanical treatments, we grant reliability and continuity of performances over time.

AC ELECTROPUMPS

Our AC electropumps offer the possibility of design a varity of technical solutions, from the typical lifting operations (forklifts or electric cranes) to the activation of hydraulic systems, as well as the creation of steering/power steering circuits.

Thanks to a wide range of solutions we can offer motors with power range from 1kW up to 50kW, and with voltage range from 24 up to 120V.
All our engines can be equipped with oleodynamic pumps from 1.2 to 44 cc3.
On demand, it is possible to apply noiseless pumps in order to reduce noise during the working phases.
Mechanically, we can use standard SAE A/B flanges or Bosh type to combine motor and pump.

ELECTRO PLANETARY GEARBOXES

The electro planetary gearboxes (EPG series) provide the combination of AC or DC motors of different power and voltage to mechanical transmissions carefully designed to significantly increase output torque maintaining compactness and low weight.

Our noiseless and efficient planetary gearboxes are mainly used to be equipped on industrial vehicles where is required precision and accuracy of movement on the steering angle (AGV), or in light industrial vehicles as a traction system.

Peak torque up to 700Nm, on demand we can offer protection degrees up to IP67.

ELECTRIC TRANSAXLE

AMRE offers a wide range of electric transaxles for traction (ETA series) thanks to the cooperation with many italian companies specialized in the production of internal gears and motion transmissions.

Our motors are projected to fit mechanically and electrically to differential transaxles specifically designed to be used for a variety of different markets.

According to the requirements, we can offer differential transaxles with output torques from 1500 up to 5500 Nm, with hydraulic or mechanical braking systems and with the possibility to apply motors from 4 to 20kW and with AC or DC technology.

ELECTRIC DRIVE WHEELS

The series of electric drive wheels (EDW) represents a range of solutions ideal for electric vehicles 4WD, 2WD or with traction on the single drive wheel.

Our motors (AC / DC or AC-PMS) are applied directly to robust gearboxes which grant output torques on the wheel from 500 up to 3000Nm, with the possibility to apply parking brakes, electric steering systems or (on demand) or protection degree up to IP66.

AC MOTORS WITH INTEGRATED ELECTRONICS

We offer a line of AC motors with integrated electronics (traction and pump), where the Inverter is placed directly upon the motor, carefully wired and fixed on a shaped aluminium plate, which allows the heat dissipation.

Thanks to the natural ventilation of our square engines, it will also be possible to cool the Inverter when the engine is running.

The engines can perform a power range from 2 up to 12 kW. We can also offer the possibility to mount electromagnetic brakes for traction models and also to apply hydraulic pumps for the pump versions.

On demand, IP versions are available.

DC TRACTION MOTORS

The DC motors are offered to perform traction, lifting and steering operations for any type of battery-powered vehicle with a voltage range from 24 up to 96V.

Thanks to our expertise we can design and create windings of any type (permanent magnets, series excitation, compounds, sepex etc …) and we can also offer a wide and varied range of mechanical configurations (more than thousand of different models) developed over the years.

The traction motors grants powers from 500W up to 40kW, then for lifting functions we can supply engines with power up to 40kW, which can be equipped with oleodynamics gear pumps from 1,2 cc3 up to 44 cc3.

BRUSHLESS MOTOR WITH EXTERNAL MAGNETS

The AC-PMS brushless synchronous motor has been designed using the best engineering calculation models and is achieved through the use of materials and components of the highest quality.

The main feature of this motor is the presence of a “cold” rotor, conceived through the use of a low-loss magnetic sheet and thanks to the application of surface magnets in rare earths.

The inner properties of this motor grant an high degree of efficiency (94-95%), a significant power density (size / performance ratio), as well as a remarkable precision in use, thanks to the application of realiable position sensors.

Our AC frameless motors are designed to offer the best solution between power density and compactness and they are mainly used for applications where the overall dimensions must be contained.

All frameless motors are projected with low dispersion magnetic lamination and wound in H class; we offer the possibility to use standard B5, B14, B3 flanges, but on demand it is also possible to define customized configurations.
